Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on grandle, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the platform complies with all laws in your jurisdiction.

These Terms govern your access to and use of all grandle services, including spot trading, staking, API access, and any future products added to the platform. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.

Use of Services

Your grandle account is for personal or authorized business use only. Sharing account credentials, running unauthorized automated systems, or attempting to manipulate market prices are prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

Liability

Cryptocurrency markets carry substantial risk. grandle does not guarantee profits, predict price movements, or provide investment advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.

grandle's liability for platform errors or service interruptions is limited to direct, documented losses caused by a verified technical fault on our end. Indirect or speculative losses are excluded.

Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, data feeds, and content on grandle are the exclusive property of grandle or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written consent.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, grandle's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to grandle in the 90 days preceding the incident.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises — contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

Third-Party Services

grandle integrates with third-party payment processors, custodians, and identity verification providers. grandle is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those external services.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and 2FA device. Notify grandle immediately at the designated security contact if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Upon closure, grandle will process withdrawal of your remaining balance within 5 business days, subject to identity verification and any active holds.

Changes to Terms

grandle may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available on the Terms page. Effective from January 1, 2026.
